Meet our Clinicians
Behind every session is a team -- trained with care, supported with intention, and built to make a difference.
At xyzABA, our RBTs are the ones in the chair, on the floor, and in the moment.
They’re the face of the work -- showing up with consistency and connection every day.
But they’re never expected to carry that alone. Behind every strong RBT is a BCBA who’s poured into them,
stood beside them, and shaped the why behind what we do.
Our BCBAs don’t just supervise -- they mentor, collaborate, and lead with clarity, intention, and clinical integrity.
They stay close to the care, the client, and the people delivering it.
At xyzABA, RBTs receive consistent support, meaningful guidance,
and access to tools that help them grow -- because when our team is equipped, our clients thrive.
Meet the leaders behind the vision -- upholding the standard that sets our care apart:
Founder & Practice Owner / BCBA

Zahra Aly, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Zahra began her journey in the field of ABA over a decade ago, working as an assistant teacher at a private school for children with Autism during her undergraduate studies. She earned her degree in Psychology, with double minors in Sociology and Media Studies, from Virginia Commonwealth University. After moving to Dallas, she became a Registered Behavior Technician and continued to grow within the field -- taking on leadership and training roles under multiple ABA providers while pursuing her Master’s in Special Education with a specialization in ABA from Texas Tech University. Becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst was never just a career goal -- it was the path to doing this work with the level of care, thoughtfulness, and leadership she knew it deserved.

Since then, Zahra has spent years mentoring RBTs and supporting families across the DFW metroplex. She founded xyzABA to do things differently -- to prioritize meaningful clinical care, invest in future clinicians, and create a space where families feel supported, heard, and empowered. Zahra understands the challenges families face when navigating ABA services, and she’s committed to breaking down those barriers through education, connection, and high-quality, individualized care. Her work is driven by a deep belief that change is possible -- not just for the child, but for the entire system around them.
Executive Director of Clinical Operations / BCBA

Mary-Casey "MC" McGee, LMSW, BCBA, LBA
MC McGee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 17 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families impacted by Autism and related diagnoses. MC holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Texas Christian University, a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, and completed her post-graduate training in Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. She has led teams and transformed systems across the country, serving in leadership roles as a Clinical Director, Insurance Liaison, and Organizational Management Consultant.
What sets MC apart isn’t just her credentials -- it’s her ability to see the big picture while staying grounded in the day-to-day realities of the families she serves. She brings clarity to complexity, advocates fiercely for neurodivergent individuals, and never loses sight of the human experience behind every treatment plan. At xyzABA, MC leads with humility, intention, and an unwavering commitment to doing what works -- and doing it well.
